In 2014, my life took an unexpected turn. Diagnosed with stage four cancer and given just a week to live, I faced the most daunting challenge of my life. But, instead of succumbing to despair, I embarked on a remarkable journey of self-healing, achieving complete remission in just 50 days – the fastest time on record. My story, detailed in my book Frozen Not Broken, is not just a tale of survival; it’s a testament to the power of holistic health, inner strength, and training resilience.

How Did I Overcome the Odds?

There was no single magic bullet in my battle against cancer. It was a multifaceted approach that combined mind, body, and soul healing. I refused to claim the cancer as mine, viewing it as a temporary obstacle, not an identity. This mindset, along with my Interval Mindfulness© method, played a crucial role in my recovery.

Inspired by my own journey, I created the E.M.P.O.W.E.R.E.D. health coaching program, leveraging the same nine scientifically proven pillars of health that were instrumental in my recovery.
